英語を読むことって
大事だな、、と思います。

最初のきっかけは
いろいろありますが、
結局継続して、
英語を上達させるためには、

特に日本に住んでいる場合は、
英語に触れる機会が少ないので、
なおさらですよね。。

で、
前回ご紹介した
ジョークも好評だったので、

今回も短くてオモシロイ（日本人の感覚でも）
ものを見つけたので、
ご紹介しますね。

ぜひ、読んでみてください。

■ When did you begin, mother?
“I never told lies when I was a child.”
“When did you begin, mother?”

※lies = ウソ（の複数形）

■ You be Jesus
　A mother was preparing pancakes for her sons, Kevin, 5, Ryan, 3.
The boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake.
Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson.
“If Jesus were sitting here, he would say, ‘Let my brother have the first pancake. I can wait.”
Kevin turned to his younger brother and said, “Ryan, you be Jesus!”


※Jesus = キリスト、 argue = 言い争う、 opportunity = 機会、チャンス
